If your insurance covers your labs now it should cover labs for Dr Crisler. 595.00 for your first visit and then 75.00 after that. You don't have to see him again after the first visit you can do it on the phone. You usually can get an appointment in a week. He wants his own labs because his maybe different than the ones you get now. He will look at any labs you have when you go if you take them. He will email your lab orders for you to take to LabCorp or where ever you go. You give your insurance info to LabCorp and they bill it not the Dr. He will not do prior authorization for insurance for T. If you can't get it from your Endo you get T from a Compounding Pharmacy and pay cash. This is why you keep going to your Endo if you want insurance to pay for T. It's hard to do and keep everyone happy doing this with dosing and T levels. If the Endo knew what you are doing they will probably show you the door. http://www.atmrequest.com/Consultations_c5.htm http://www.atmrequest.com/Medications_c3.htm
