It is indeed possible that your estradiol is out of range. You've had no tests run, not even the standard test? I know of one man who had his estradiol sent to the States for the sensitive test. His doctor arranged it with a hospital in New England (where this doctor had practiced). Contact LabCorp and Quest, the large commercial labs in the United States, and ask them if they are set up to do this. Keep in mind there will be overnight courier charges on top of the whatever the lab charges you for this testing.
