Tireostimulina- Htsh 1.7 range 0,400-4,5
Tiroxina Free- T4L 1,1 range 0,8-18,1
Foliculoestimulina- hfsh <0.3 range 1,4-18,1
Luteostimulina HLH <0,1 range < 70 years 1,5-9,3 >70years 3,1-34,6

17-beta-estradiol-E2- 35,9 Range Until 50

Total Test-11,16 range 2,60-10,80

Free Test- >50 range 8,8-27,0

Cortisol 25,7 range 5,0-23,0

Prolactine HPRL- 51,4 range Until 20.

1º Should i lower the dose to 180mg EW?
2º Prolactine high as hell should i be worry?

Everything looks good in your list except prolactin is moderately high but not high enough to require a pituitary MRI. You may want to consider cabergoline at 0.5 mg per week.

I wish you had also shown hematocrit and creatinine.

You can also consider 100 mg of T injections twice per week instead of the 200 mg once per week.
