i guys please help!
Have been having problems with all the usual low testosterone symptoms since I was 21 now I’m 36 so this has been about 15years now !
I used to work out and take steroids when I was was 17 did a few cycles with pct till I was 19 than stopped .
From 19 till 22 I was smoking a lot of marijuana than I stopped as I was getting a lot of anxiety !
Around age 21 I noticed my sex drive was low and felt depressed went to lots of endos thinking it was related to my testosterone levels but most prescribed anti depressants tho my total testosterone levels showed around 450ng/dL
Also importantly I have low sex drive and my sleep is really messed most of the time I can’t sleep till 4-5 am and wake in the afternoon not feeling fresh and I feel tired and shit all the time and mentally not alert or clear this has been going on almost since I was 24 and it’s gotten much worse now!
Went to an endo in 2016 and tried a cycle of 200mg/week test enanthate for 3months during which my libido did improve but the depression seemed to be same maybe I needed to adjust the dose and continue for longer to see improvements mentally?
Surprisingly I managed to get my gf pregnant sometime after the test cycle so my sperm count seems to be good I guess !
Please advice what is wrong , do I need to go on TRT for life ? I don’t care and actually look forward to it as long as it gets me out of this hell hole i have been living in for so long!
Also if I need trt I am still unmarried and want to have kids in a few years!
Guys please help me I am attaching pics of my full lab results that I have done after reading up on the forum.

Defy Medical TRT clinic doctor

I'm not a Dr. and neither are most people here. We can't make your decision and neither can a dr., but it sounds like you need to talk with professionals before relying just on forums. Call Defy or similar company and talk with them. Obviously you need help in some regard. Brief look at your labs, two things stick out: Your Free T is seriously low and also your B12 is shockingly low. No wonder you feel like shit. Call Defy or some other outfit. And my lay persons 2 cents - looks like you should eat more meat or take B12 supplements.

Do you feel if I go to defy or any trt clinic they would lean more towards putting me on trt rather than investigate other issues or are they impartial and fair?

What other issues? They'll talk with you and based on your labs and what you say, and they may very well put you on a protocol. BUt they are not an internist, psychologist, etc. I don't think it would be their responsibility to investigate other issue. Maybe they'd refer you elsewhere, but to my knowledge their specialty is endocrinology (i.e. hormones).

My experience with Defy is that they are impartial and fair.

A few other obvious things stick out in your labs:

- you may have an issue with blood sugar. I would test your fasting insulin and keep an eye on your a1c (average blood sugar over time) and fasting glucose. An oral glucose tolerance test (with insulin tested) is the gold standard if you can get it.
- continuing with above, you should try some insulin sensitizers. Metformin could be an option with your doctor but if it's not, then I'd buy a few otc supplements: lipoic acid and chromium. I may take 3-6 months to improve your insulin sensitivity.
- your b-12 is low. That's an easy fix - a bottle is $10, so go buy one.
-your thryoid numbers look reasonable. total t4 is a bit middling, so if you have an endo that gives thyroxine to everyone, then a 3 month trial might not be a terrible idea. You can discontinue if you don't notice anything.

I'd work on the above while you find an endo who handles Testosterone replacement.
