After years of suffering with all the signs of low T and trying endless T-Boosters I received Jay Campbell's book The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy Manual for Fathers Day from my wife. My age is 50 I train 4-5 days per week eat a healthy diet none smoker and have about 12-15 drinks per year. To keep it short my mission is to deal with this taking all the right steps. I plan to sit with my primary Doctor and get a referral to see a local TrT specialist in the area. I believe the first step is to have all blood work done and come up with plan based on that. Should I have my blood work done at a local Discounted Labs prior to seeing my Primary? Any advice would be appreciated.
