Background: I am 51 and have been on TRT for 3 years. I use a compounded Lipo Cream (MedQuest) 3- clicks both am and pm
Recently I started feeling some nipple sensitivity (more itching than everything) I my doc put me on anastrazole. I am currently taking .25 mg/day and symptoms have mostly subsided.
The Total and Free T seem slightly disappointing, but my libido is good, and I have good, strong erections. I know that the PSA and Htc are fine--just included them for completeness.
I am interested in what you think of the Estrodiol levels. Do my symptoms make any sense with these values? Am I in danger of going too low?
A couple of other questions:
I used to get higher levels with a lower dose (I used to get total T in the 900s with 2 clicks). Is it common to experience diminishing returns with compounded cremes?
How much does application area matter? My original instructions were to apply it to my upper, inner thighs. For the past year I have been applying my evening dose to my shoulders and upper chest.
I would be interested in any thoughts you guys may have.
