Issues from underdosed UGL testosterone!

Hey everyone! Is it possible to feel way worse than pre-TRT if I only dose enough to get to my original baseline (total test of 200ng/dl)?

Some context: Been on testosterone cyp 14mg per day (100mg/week) for nearly 3 years. Had to switch to UGL stuff in early April because my pharmacy had a shortage. I gradually got significantly worse on it (genital numbness, severe depression and anxiety, barely any energy, appetite loss, panic crying etc) leading up to early June when I experienced a horrible crash that triggered the exact same symptoms as when I had crashed my e2 in April 2021. I had insomnia for nearly a week and a strange pressure in my head alongside the above symptoms. My latest set of lab work from early June reveals that my total T dropped to just 200ng/dl, my non sensitive e2 is just 13pg/ml and high AM cortisol! This leads me to believe that the UGL test was extremely underdosed! Luckily my prescription came back in stock and I’ve been feeling slightly better after switching back, but still far from ok.

Does this mean I’ll never go back to feeling like my pre-TRT self if I ever attempt a restart?
