i would say for the most part I’m doing awesome. Coming up on one year on TRT and there has been a lot more positive than negative. Crushing it in the gym. Body looks better than ever. Energy levels and focus are good. Motivated to do a lot more than I was in the past. Sex drive is good-great depending on circumstances. Negatives have been occasional increase in anxiety and occasional bouts of interrupted sleep. The anxiety is more from life, though TRT does magnify it to some extent if I don’t work to fight it when I feel it coming on. Have gotten pretty good about it now though. I’ve also noticed that alcohol(and especially a hangover) can set it off a lot. And for the past few years before my journey I was starting to become more likely to deal with depression when hungover, and that’s one thing TRT didn’t seem to help with. The obvious answer is to not drink, or at least not drink as much which I’m usually really good about. Current protocol is 102 mg/week divided into 3 shots M/W/S along with 800 ius of HCG divided into 2 shots Tues. & Fri. Started out at 120 mg/week and dialed in there with little to no issues. Only dropped it down because I added HCG a few months into my journey due to reduced orgasm intensity and to a lesser extent atrophy. Never bumped it back up because the current protocol keeps me towards the top of the range and I feel good.
