Is Clomid by itself effective at reducing gyno?

Will Clomid in and off itself(without an AI) do a good job at shrinking gyno? I've used an OTC SERM like product(Rebirth), but discontinued it due to it causing severe acid reflux and severe headaches. It did get rid of my nipple puffiness while on it though and the puffiness did come back after I stopped using it.
