There are three versions of Wellbutrin that I know of, Wellbutrin, Wellbutrin SR and Wellbutrin XL.

You might be able to "micro dose" the original Wellbutrin version, however, SR and XL tablets should NOT be split or cut.

I'm not sure if "macrodosing" would work though. Certain medications have a minimum therapeutic dosage and in most cases require build up in the system to exert their function. This is not psilocybin.

I'm not sure if this is a "cure" for low libido. While I was on it, I felt a slight increase in libido during the first weeks, maybe a month, but then again, things have this tendency to become normal. I also do not know if "lack of dopamine" is "the" cause of low libido, it may be a factor, such as testosterone, DHT, norepinephrine, cortisol, and estradiol.

The minimum effective dosage of the XL version that I know of for depression is 150mg and the maximum dosage is 300 mg.

I were to try it "exclusively" for libido (hypothetically) I would use the original immediate release version "Wellbutrin" (not SR or XL) about 2 hour before sexual activity. I've never done it, don't know anyone who has, and I don't endorse it or recommend it. I'm simply speculating out loud.
