I'm sorry you had to deal with all of this - the issues with your doctor and your encounter at the pharmacy. I hope you can step back once a bit of time has passed and realized how far you have come and how you continue to to grow in strength. You are sober, for an extended period of time, you are stepping in and taking more control to manage your hormone issues.
In other words, things are not black and white. Steps ahead, and steps backward. Don't lose sight of the larger picture. Peace to you.
