They started doing this 3rd party credit card crap, where you can't checkout right away, need to wait for an email with a link. And of course the email never shows ... I wrote them about my experience and it was obvious the knuckle head on the other end has zero customer service skills! Went back to RUI.

RUI has (IMO) the best quality. You will pay more from them, but it's excellent and consistent. I have used others, where some orders were great, others seemed not as effective. They have been around for a long time too.
