I hate jet lag

Just finished a 60-mile 8-day hiking trip overseas in a pristine wilderness area.

Coming back, and suffering from jet lag, my formerly excellent morning erections have disappeared. Anyone have this happen? And if so - how long for you before the plumbing resume normal operations?

I notice this whenever I go back to my home state, and thats only a 3 hour time dif. I feel so shitty the entire week.

In my case, as few as five or as many as ten days. It depends on the number of time zones.
