Huge drop in testosterone

So that's the thing, I'm not on TRT. Am I just stuck otherwise?
It seems to me that your thyroid is under performing. While your Free T3 (3.4 pg/ml) is in range and at a level that is acceptable, your Reverse T3 (22 ng/dl) is way too high and preventing your Free T3 from doing its job. This can increase your SHBG. Typically one wants their Reverse T3 to be 15 ng/dl or lower and you would want your Free T3:Reverse T3 Ratio to be >20 and your ratio is sitting about 15.5. You may have elevated thyroid antibodies that are attacking your normal thyroid tissue. Since you are not already on TRT then this is the perfect time to get your thyroid optimal first. Just my opinion Uniquerabbit.
