How to transition from injections to cream?

What is the correct protocol to transition from cypionate injections to cream? I am taking 60mg e3d of cyp currently and would like to switch to 50mg of cream to the scrotum daily. I am due for my next shot tomorrow. Should I start with 25mg per day for a week and then up to 50 or is there a better way?

No need to taper on or off just go with it.

Won't I get a huge spike though if I don't give the cyp time to leave my system?

The change is going to possibly be bumpy for you no matter how you approach it. I would prefer to have a spike (as you call it) than stop cold turkey for 2-3 (or 4) weeks and then start up with the cream.

I think your plan to stop injections and ramp up the cream over two to three weeks is a good one. You'll still feel the transition, but there's no need to make it worse with bigger hormonal fluctuations.

Just start right away with the cream. No matter how you approach it, it still needs to level out.
