I figure there is no study on this, but if a person drank heavily for a couple months, ate a lot of sugary foods, and didn’t workout..how far would his test levels drop?
Let’s say this person was working out and eating right prior to his binge of crappy lifestyle choices and his T level was “normal” at 600. What could the above do to him?
A reverse to the question is how much can an avg person boost their T levels naturally if they are eating like crap and drinking a lot of alcohol/drugs?
