I´d been on "TRT" for about 10 months. I put in between comas because I´m not sure if the procedure was the average way of TRT.
My story:
Originally testosterone (around 300 ng/dl) (range: 241 to 827)
low free testosterone
E2 high.
The treatment had several "cicles" or "protocols":
First 3 months taking Testosterone Cipionate 250 every two weeks plus Tamoxifeno. That made me reach:
Total Test 1500 (range: 241 to 827) ng/dl
Free Testosterone 36
Unfortunally though I was taking Tamoxifeno my E2 went up too (140 - when 62 is maximun)..
Then 3 months on HCG (75 ul every two weeks), Clomid 50 mg (10 per month) and Arimidex (1 mg, every day, I know is high for US standars but I had no problems at all), That brought these results:
Testosterone Total 907 ng/dl (241-827)
Free test 20 (pretty high and good)
E2 still high even with Arimidex, but lowered significally to 76 (when maximun should be 62 (down from 140).
Then 2 months on Clomid 50 mg (10 days per month) + Arimidex (still 1mg per day)
with the following results:
Total testosterone 810 ng/dl (241-827)
Free Testosterone 18 pg.ml
(let me remind you I didn´t take any Testosterone inyection since 5 months)
The great news was that my E2, which was always really high, reached normal finally, 46 (top is 62)-
After the Dr. wanted to get me 3 months on the same (Clomid 50 mg 10 days per month + Arimidex (still 1mg but NOW every two days).
ADDING 350 ng a month of testosterone which at the moment I¨m in.
Basically I´m reacting good to all (I´m almost 59 years old).
My question is how is this supposed to continue, changing combinations like it was up to this point, following one of these combinations FOR EVER checking periodically (every 3 months) how "my numbers", OR WHAT?
