How do you get a script for overseas pharmacy?

I want to possibly order ED medications from overseas but on their websites it says you must fax in your script after purchasing. Will a doctor actually write a script for a hundred pills or is the overseas pharmacy just making it look more legit. I am from Canada.

They ask for one but you can skip that part on most and they will still ship.
