How do I inject so many IU's

Hi all,
this is my second post on the site. I got my hands on 11,000 IU of hcg, and ive seen a lot of posts from people saying to do 500+ IU EOD on replacement therapy. My question is how the hell do I inject so many IUs? The insulin needles I got only go up to 100 IU. Am I expected to do 5 different shots back to back? I've also seen people talk about doing like 2500 IUs a couple times a week. How the hell is that possible? I certainly dont want to pin myself 25 times with 25 different needles...
Any help is appreciated

You're reading the syringe wrong. What you think is 100iu on a typical U100 syringe is 1000...not 100.

You mix 11000HCG with 11mL of bact water = 1000iu per milliliter. Every tenth shown on the U100 is 100iu...not 10.

Your HCG use being referenced is not what you will find on Excel Male which at the very most would be 500iu three times per week and is often much much much less.

This image might help.
