How can I treat chest and back acne?

I am not on TRT or any hormones. However, over the last few months for some reason I’ve been having breakouts on my chest and to some degree my back. But mainly, I have these tiny white bumps all over my chest and back. If anyone knows what this is and has any idea what I can do to get rid of it, please let me know. Where I am currently at, if things don’t start to clear up in the next few weeks, I’m probably going to see a dermatologist, because I don’t know what else to do.
