Home-Based Workout Videos Recommendation

Hello.

Do you have any good recommendations of a workout video to do at home. I don't have time to go to gym and if possible, but I will do it, I'll try to have some workout at home.

I saw on the other thread a good workout video and I tried it Saturday morning. Its a good one and I'm interested to check some video workouts.

Go to youtube and check the HIIT workouts on there, especially the ones by fitness blender. 10-45 mins, tons of them on there and will lean you up very quickly. I do them 3-4 days a week..
 
I agree with the fitness blender.
If you want interval training/HIIT, that lady from fitness blender kicked my butt last Wednesday.
Makes gym days seem easy.
 
I know I'm going to get a lot of grief over this but if you want something you can follow along with at home and are newer to exercising P90X and insanity are not bad but I would buy the used and save some $$$
if general fitness is your goal I would say P90X
if weight loss is your goal I would say insanity
if you need to lose weight I would do that first as you will most likely lose muscle as well.
I've done both my experiences have been
Insanity: I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks some was muscle. My core was much stronger.
P90X: gained some size/strength lost some fat improved flexibility
