I don't think I'd do it with those numbers. When you calculate free testosterone with the Tru-T method you get 26 ng/dL, which is above mid-scale in the reference range of 16-31 ng/dL. Your free estradiol is a little on the low side, with a calculated value of about 0.4 pg/mL. The reference range is maybe 0.3-1.5 or so.
I'm sort of intrigued by the possibility of treating high SHBG with modest doses of ostarine, but you'd want to do it under guidance of an experienced practitioner, and recognize that it would still basically be an experimental therapy.
