High E2 Symptoms?

So as I posted in another thread, my E2 came back high (65) after my first 8 weeks at 160mg/week. Didn’t have much symptoms but defy and I agreed to lower me to 140mg/week and 0.1mg to 0.2mg Anastrozole weekly. I know it’ll take time for my dose change to reduce E2 symptoms but a few new things that have popped up in just the past week that I wanted to see if they’re indicative of high e2:
  • Sweating a lot at night. And it stinks. Not like BO. Strange smell and I’m soaked
  • Weak erections. I can get them but they’re weak and come and go during sex
  • Huge pimples. Cyst like on my face and head
  • Loss of muscle. I went through some great comp changes in the beginning but the past 3 weeks I look flat and soft with no diet or training changes
It’s the last one that’s the most mind-boggling to me. I suppose I need to hold tight at my new regimen for a bit and see what happens over time, not overnight

I think that they are though I would only change one thing at a time, you're doing two and you won't know if it's the dose reduction, or the AI, that makes it good or bad for you. Stick to the dose reduction alone and retest, consider the next change if symptoms persist.

I would be interested in the answers to this as subjective E2 control is a mystery to me. I seem to show no symptoms of high E2 even when bloodwork comes in high. I simply take 0.125mg of Adex every now and again as I think that I ought to. A complete shot in the dark though. Problem is I think I might be a bit of an outlier, I have gone ‘off reservation’ as high as 500mg test a week and still not felt any different and not used any AI! Don’t know if I should be chasing a feeling or chasing a number?

When one makes changes to a protocol, levels will start fluctuating as they did when you first initiated TRT, give it at least 6 weeks and levels will become balanced again.

Thanks. Do these symptoms align with high E2? I always think of low E with night sweats but that can’t be the case here. Again, soaked and doesn’t smell like sweat.

The muscle lack of fullness is an odd one, to me

Answered. It's hard to come around and help people if you're not going to read and listen to the replies you get.

=water retention = night sweats.
You’re absolutely right. Apologies and thanks for the reply. I just get confused between the the similarities of low and high e

Your estrogen is always lowering at night time regardless of dosages, this will be exaggerated when levels are fluctuating and as you get closer to 6 weeks, these fluctuations will get smaller to the point where you will no longer feel them.
