First of all i would like to say what a great site this is! I found the forums after doing some research on a supplement that was suggested to me and now i find myself coming back reading thread after thread! The knowledge on this site is amazing and i have learned a great deal in a short time! Many thanks to all of excelmale!
I'm not a stranger to the gym, however i can now see i have a long way to go and a great deal to learn, although hopefully i can help and chip in. I believe the saying goes "There is always someone bigger and more intelligent out there than you!" and there can't be a place where that is more true than here!
