Hematocrit question

Buy Lab Tests Online
Just got back some lab results and have a question regarding my levels of Hematocrit and Hemoglobin.
Shall I worry about these values or? I would prefer not to donate blood.

TRT protocol = 2 x week 40-50mg testo IM, DEAH 25mg daily

Total test - 759ng/dl
Estradiol - 27,7
Hematocrit - 50,5% (40-50)
Hemoglobin - 17,5 g/dl (13-17)

You can probably wait for a month until your hematocrit reaches 52. You cannot avoid phlebotomy with this hematocrit value.

How long have you been on TRT?

2 years in November. My problem is really psycological I think because I tried twice last year to donate blood but was sent back due to high BP. I don´t know how I can avoid that? If there was someting that I could take beside my normaly BP medicine just to keep BP stable and not too high so they would let me in. Beta-blockers is not allowed when donating blood.
At home my BP is ok +/- 135-140/75-80 and but when I was at the place I had 170/100. I guess it is a "white coat syndrom". I am sure the BP would be OK only after 5min of donating blood.
If any one have a tips what I can do about this I would appreciate that very much.

Look at this list of natural interventions that decrease blood pressure. They may be worth a try:

You can have your doctor prescribe an ACE inhibitor or ARB. Telmisartan (Micardis) has some good metabolic benefits.

There are lots of rules about donating blood, but none about getting medical phlebotomy (just having a lab draw it and discard it). Just get a script from your doc for the lab. It may even be covered by insurance since you are being turned away for medical reasons at the donation places. I have a similar issue. Can't donate because of some antibody that I have (non harmful to me) that might cause some recipients bodies to reject my blood, so I can no longer donate and have to get it done at a lab (donated once so far, haven't done the lab thing yet, but I will be since it's been a while since my last donation).

I have to find a way to donate. I suspect that higher levels of Hemos make my face a bit more red/purlple. Only after some weeks of TRT I noticed a change in face colour. (almost a viagra face). I thought it had to do with Estradiol, but mine is fine, so what els could cause this.
I take Zofenil(Zofenopril) 30mg I think it is a ACE inhibitor and also 10mg of Lercanidipina which I think is a calcium channel blocker.
