I recently whilst training became extremley tired- falling asleep in the gym tired.. I got home went straight to bed, couldn't keep my eyes open. I checked my BP and it was 60/52. I was alarmed and went to the Dr. (These drops in BP happen at random, not had one for a while touch wood)

The only things that came back were elevated hematocrit at 50.4 and ALTS.

They ran a 24 hour ECG to reassure me which came back with nothing.

Am I getting carried away here, but wouldn't the decrease in blood pressure lead to an increase in hematocrit to increase RBC and my ability to carry oxygen about my body... I'm thinking this could point towards a CV issue..

Back to the Drs? Any suggestions, anybody come across anything like this before? Appreciate any input.

From the total information you provided only leads to guess work. My best guess, giving you was working out at the time of this onset, would be orthostatic hypotension from possibly dehydration. Was you taking in a lot of water/fluids prior and up to this point? As well sweating and urination? Little bits or a lot more than normal?

I would only suspect they run a CBC and a chem panel to rule this out?
