Help with Interpreting Results from Low-T Center

I requested my labs from back in 2016 to check my baseline levels from before I got on TRT. I see this in the notes:

Lab results reviewed: 05/16/2016 baseline
TT: 318 cFT: 7.19 E: 14.6 PSA: 0.48 H/H: 14.2 / 42.5 CMP ok

I'm unsure what "H/H: 14.2 / 42.5" means. Any thoughts?

Those values are most likely for Hemoglobin / Hematocrit
