Hello everyone I just stumbled onto this forum doing a search and decided to register. I am 38 and a former NPC physique competitor. My main goals now are anti-aging. I do not weight train anymore due to the toll my body has taken over the past 20+ years of training. I currently do yoga daily which is alot harder than lifting weights but you couldnt tell me that until recently. My ego,immaturity,and worrying about what others thought kept me from doing it in the past. I also do light/moderate cardio daily. This forum looks very informative and I'm looking forward to being a part of it.
