HCG treatment only

Hi there, as I stated in earlier post before i have a total testosterone that runs anywhere between 500-750 and I am not on TRT or anything. However my free testosterone is "low normal" and I wandering if HCG would be a good idea to make my body produce more free testosterone and lower my shbg a little. To be specific my free testosterone level is 77 and the range is from 46-224. Would a doctor even prescribe HCG for me with those levels? If they do will it even help my body produce more testosterone ?
