The best HCG is the kind that a compounding pharmacy send in powder form and that you reconstitute yourself with antibacterial water. That is what 99% of the guys on this forum use. The pre-mix, with or without B-12 is always an unknown - how long has it been mixed before it was shipped to you? what else is in it, etc.
