I know it's a lot but if anyone can help make sense of this . I have 2 dr and they don't seem to know what the hell they are doing . This is the first time I post on any forum ever . Because I always thought I could figure it out myself . But I have no energy anymore no drive. Any help in the right direction would be amazing

Thank you

If your baseline before HRT was 376 pmol/l free T then it isn't clear why you started this regimen. Posting the ranges for these tests, your blood pressure readings, your age, health history, activity levels will help

Hi

I'm 32 and have had low libido low energy .. I used to have very high test levels in my 20s
My motivation is low
I've been like this for the past 3-4 years.
My levels in the past 3 years were 150-175. They only rose to 300+ because I took 3 weeks of clomid .

I play soccer 2 times a week and gym 4 times . However it's been very half assed and def not like before I
Was always muscular and lean.

My bp has always been around 115-118 over 60-70 max
Since this protocol
It has hit 80/50

Regards

I would guess, based on the units that your labs are reported in, that you live outside the United States. That's a factoring the discussion because of testing options that may/may not be available to you. Living in Canada, I understand those challenges.

Why HCG mono and not Clomid - presuming this is an effort undertaken due to your age. What has been said about your estradiol? What about the hypotension? How experienced is your doctor with these sorts of protocols?

Finally, it helps if you provide the reference ranges for your tests. Every lab establishes its own ranges and values in isolation are a challenge.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
