HCG mixed in syringe with insulin

I searched but nothing came up. I take insulin. Long acting, once a day. Can I mix HCG in the syringe with it?

Both are peptides as well. But the one I take, the long acting, Lantus says do not mix with other insulins. Just want to make sure as my sugar is finally under control. Just do not want to many holes in me.
