HCG and Hematocrit

Just a quick question. Can taking HCG alone cause an increase in hematocrit levels?

High doses of HCG commonly used as monotherapy (alone) in fertility may have the same side effects of high doses of testosterone: acne, high estradiol, high hematocrit, water retention,etc

My hematocrit was just at top of range and then I added 250 IU HCG E3D. Should I be concerned or is 250 IU not considered a lot?

Some patients have little to no effect with dose that low, I am one of those
