If so, what should I expect, in as far as Side Affects, how long does it last and do I have to worry Prolonged Erections?

Oxytocin is the "cuddle" hormone.

Oxytocin is secreted during orgasm to levels 3-4 times above baseline.
It allegedly helps reaching orgasm.

I've tried a nasal spray in the past which helped with orgasm but then it didn't and diminished erection - they may have changed the ingredients since it was over the counter.

PT-141 is very dosage-dependent from my experience.
For tadalafil, I've advised folks to take the gummy/troche/liquid version. Almost no side effect.

I just ordered intranasal oxytocin and plan on trying it with pt-141. I just posted about pt-141 in another thread, and mentioned that I sometimes have performance anxiety, I expect the oxy to help with that, as it has been show to work in anxiety contexts but we'll see. The effect of the pt-141 was so strong that I think it may do away with any anxiety! As I said in the other thread, if you mix pt-141 with sildenafil or tadalafil just go real low on the dose. Like if you usually use 50 mg sildenafil try 25 and use low dose pt-141. One study showed that approach worked better than higher dose of either mono-therapy. Good luck.

Follow up. Oxy did nothing for me. PT-141 with sildenafil almost did it, but Trimix was my solution for initial encounter / performance anxiety.

I'm considering ordering this cocktail from Defy. I've used PT-141 with good results in the past, and use tadalifil daily. Will the oral administration of the PT-141 in this cocktail have the same flushing and nausea as the subQ administration?
When administered subQ, it takes ~ 6 hrs before onset - is it the same when taken orally as in this cocktail?

I would think that the PT-141 in this would have to somehow bypass the blood-brain barrier. You'll likely have to let it dissolve under the tongue so it's absorbed through the mucus membrane.

Interested to hear more about this, so going to stay tuned and let others chime in.

I tried Blue Sky Peptide liquid tadalifil from 1 mg to 10 mg and I always experienced headache, nasal congestion, gastro sides and fatigue. Don't recall if I tried it sublingual, though I probably did, as well swallowing it. Statistically, I've read that 25% of men experience sides with PDE-5 inhibitors. My only options are Bimix or Trimix. I'd prefer to take a pill, daily, or EOD and have a reliable erection. On drugs.com, a number of men are taking 100 mg of sildenafil and experiencing spontaneous erections. I'd probably have a great erection along with a horrible headache, LOL. My urologist suggested two aspirin an hour before taking an erectile med, since prescribing one is still on the table. But to regain spontaneous erections... That's my dream.

I didn't think a peptide could survive stomach acid, unless it's in a form that passes into the small intestine. There's a version of doxazosin that's formulated that way.

That combo is just a marketing gimmick. I tried it three times and just got the effect (and side effects) of tadalafil.

Bremelanotide does not survive in the stomach.

I've tried it. Similar experience as Nelson. If you want PT-141, go the subq injection route - it's far more effective. Sublingual? Not so much.

When you see a clinic selling this on its site you got question how legit are they? If they are the real deal, why would they want that on their site?

Other things to watch for is claiming to regrow hair and make your penis bigger.

There are many reputable compounding pharmacies that make this combination in troche form. It may work for some, but wasn't all that great for me (and apparently Nelson had a similar experience).

I see this concoction as another way to make extra money.
