Baldness due to alopecia is due to an attack by the immune system on hair follicles — not the same cause as male pattern baldness.

good article. I've found with my 12 years of TRT that if I take to high of a dose of Testosterone it will suppress cortisol output causing autoimmune problems such as psoriasis on my joints and hair loss. Strangely enough the hair loss was not due to DHT. My DHT levels at the time were mid range
