Guys I can't remember what the Doc said when to take DHEA trouche

The bottle says twice daily, but I think I remember him saying twice daily after food. This is a troche 25mg twice daily. Anyone know if food matters?

It should not matter as I have used DHEA capsules with a meal and they raised my DHEA levels quite nicely.
