As mentioned in previous post, didn't really get some much needed labs done before starting TRT.

So here pictured are a few I had done last week.

(Also picture are my initial T labs from last month)

The red flags were the DHEA, VitD25Hormone, maybe Hermatocrit (little high?)

Something else I should be checking come next set of labs?

Should I start some other forms of supplementation immediately?

Were those values low enough to give me the LOW T numbers?

Thanks gentlemen for your help.

DHEA, sorry about title (mdea) :)

If admins able to change, please do

Mdea is a process liquid we use at work and it was stuck in my head apparently and confused with dhea

Your labs seem OK. If you feel fine with 344 total T then that level is OK for you. You do not mention your baseline TT and symptoms. Many men need over 500 ng/dL to feel improved sexual function

Vitamin D supplements at 2000 IU per day should be OK.

Your LH and FSH are low because you are on testosterone, which is to be expected.

Keep an eye on your Hematocrit levels as you are nearly over the reference range.

Giving blood once a month will help with that.

High levels can cause Polycythemia which is something you don't want at all.

Thanks guys.

The reason I had my T checked in the first place was because I was tired of feeling like absolute trash. No energy, motivation.
I grew up playing sports, I love to work out. And I can't even get off the couch. With that feeling I have gotten really depressed, not so much about life, just because I have alot of physical goals, always have, never been in great shape, and I'm getting older (while still young) I just don't have the drive or energy to get there.

Focus and overall cognitive has been plummeting last few years. Remembering things in the short term alot more challenging these days.

The T labs above were from before I started TRT.

I'm 6'2" float between 230-260 (if I'm not doing lo-carb and to perfection, I'm gaining weight, and fast)

DHEA levels are not a concern? (I know its on the low end of the scale, just wondering if I should cross that off the list as a concern)

You can always supplement DHEA.

I like pharmacy grade ultra micronized slow release formulas. The only place I know where you can buy it like that without a prescription is www.dhea.com

They also sell Pregnenolone there that same way.

This is where I purchase both and my DHEA-S levels are far beyond the reference range;)
