Going on TRT

So I've been on TRT for about 7 months now and seen about ZERO improvement in quality of life so far. I do have some questions that I would like to get figured out with out googling for a day and running into a bunch of broscience. Basics
The current doc i have now seems fairly chill idiot but cool hes told me a few things that don't quite add up in my mind.
Firstly does going on TRT increase or decrease sperm count? hes saing it does nearly everything I've read says the opposite.

Does passionflower extract do anything other than cause a calming effect? hes saying it prevents or reduces T - E converstion

I was on Bi-weekly 250mg test cyp dosages IM started feeling like shit around day 8 and it continued onto my next injection and a day or two after so I switched myself after some reading to 100mg ever 5 days SubQ been feeling better no roller coaster but not great.
Basically do I need to get the hell away from this quack and find a new doctor?

PS I just got of a 12 hour shift so pardon any misspellings or ramblings.

Get a new doctor. Any doctor that prescribes TRT at a dose of 250mg every 2 weeks is decades behind the times. TRT without HCG will drop your sperm count to at or near zero.

Do you know what your E2 level is, with the ultra sensitive test? if it is elevated, that could explain why you feel like crap.

Many of use here use Defy Medical and their telemedicine model.

I don't belive my e2 test was ultra sensitive and the last one was done around 3 months ago came in at 27. There is a Local doctor on the Recommended by members list I'll be calling him today.

That is a sound plan. HCG can help some guys feel a lot better as well, although this is subjective. HCG does things behind the scenes that make it worthwhile for everyone, but not everyone can "feel" a difference. I would definitely give it a try though.
