GLP-1 Agonists Comparison: Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide vs Retatrutide - Which One Works Best?

Hey guys,

With all the new GLP-1 agonists available now, I wanted to start a discussion comparing these options for weight management. I've done a lot of research and wanted to share what I've learned.

Overview of the Three Main Options

1. Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy)
- FDA approved for weight loss
- GLP-1 receptor agonist
- Typical weight loss: 15-17% of body weight
- Weekly injection
- Most established safety profile

2. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound)
- Dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist
- Typical weight loss: 20-22% of body weight
- Weekly injection
- Stronger appetite suppression

3. Retatrutide
- Triple agonist (GIP/GLP-1/Glucagon)
- Still in clinical trials
- Showing 24%+ weight loss in trials
- Weekly injection
- Most promising results so far

My Observations

From what I've gathered from research and community experiences:
- Semaglutide is the "safe" choice with proven track record
- Tirzepatide offers better results for those who plateaued on Semaglutide
- Retatrutide is showing incredible promise for muscle preservation during weight loss

Important Considerations

Quality and sourcing matter tremendously with these peptides. I've seen people mention good experiences with Glunova Bio for their peptide products. Always verify third-party testing and purity before using any supplier.

Questions for the Community

1. What's been your experience with any of these?
2. Did you notice different side effects between them?
3. How did results compare to your expectations?

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
