FSH while still on testosterone?

Been on trt for 5 years along with hcg. We have been trying to get pregnant and my sperm is very low. I know not everyone is the same but is it common to regain fertility with fsh while staying on trt? Or do most still have to come off completely?

The addition of FSH to TRT/HCG will regain fertility (to varying degrees) in most patients assuming the Sertoli cells are functional/capable. If this fails, then off of TRT and onto clomid is a more extreme step.
