Since obesity and diabetes effect T levels should the frequency of labs increase if a man is losing weight and or gaining control of their diabetes?

Makes complete sense to me rob.

I'd think getting labs every 60 to 90 days would be a reasonable interval, wouldn't you?

I think it really depends on how much one's weight fluctuates. This is one of my issues with TRT as I have several issues; obesity, diabetes, and severe sleep apnea that can lead to hypogonadism and I'm constantly having to adjust doses. 90 days seems realistic as long as one isn't crash dieting. I'm just a little tired of the constant, all be it warranted, changes in T. Feels like my Dr. and I are blindfolded throwing darts.
