I did order some...what is the protocol for starting? I've found 0.25mg/week for the first 4 weeks. I hate getting nauseous, and that seems to be one of the more common side effects, so I try a lessor amount to start?

I think there's way more to your question than I can answer. However, last time I took it defy prescribed it. So I went over to empower pharmacy site and copied their vial size and strength to reconstitute mine the exact same way so I could follow the previously prescribed titration period and dosing.

That said, I tolerated it very well last time so I am shortening the period a bit this go round. I haven't had any tummy issue at all. Ymmv
