First Week on HCG/Lipo-C

I had my consult with Dr. Crisler at Defy last week and he was amazing. He took time to answer all of my questions that the local doctor couldn't and was very understanding. He ordered my new medication and I just got it today.

I just started today and my schedule is going to be:

10 units of HCG a day
60 mg of testosterone cypionate, 2x a week
1 ml of Lipo-C a week

I am injecting everything sub-q and injected in my abdomen today with no issues. I've never done a shot before, but the videos on here have been amazing help. I was surprised by how much 1 ml actually is.

Is anyone else using a similar regimen? Or has anyone else used lipo-c?

I assume you mean a volume of reconstituted hCG equal to 10 insulin units per day. That would be 100 IU of hCG. Interesting approach.

There's a current Lipo-C thread. After you get comfortable with pinning ask Dr. Crisler if you can try the upper outer quadrant of the glut for the 1 ml Lipo-C using a 3 ml syringe and a 30 G x 1" .

I do 1ml of Lipo-C into abdominal fat without issue. All in one place. There's a bit of a nodule afterwards for a while, but no pain. I occasionally do in the quads as well. No nodule left over there and no pain. (I use the same needle size for both - 29G 1/2".

It's really hard to say. I'm basically trusting the science behind the ingredients. From an energy standpoint - I do feel like I have more energy when I take it versus on days when I don't. As for the fat loss effects - I'm changing too many variables at the same time - my diet is better (counting calories to ensure a deficit), I've started back to weightlifting and I do regular cardio now. All added at the same time I started Lipo-C. so I've seen myself lean out and I've lost 10 pounds, but who knows how much is attributed to Lipo-C. ��

But I just ordered my second bottle. I'm going to continue for another month or two.

Sorry, yeah, reconstituted hCG to 10 insulin units per day. I'm still trying to get these terms down so that I can properly talk about everything.

LOL at looking to be the next instant winner.

I'm doing e3.5D with my test injections and love that for the convenience. I think pinning daily would get old after a while.
