Ok, after weekly injections by Dr, gels, pellets, ups and downs, I finally decided to go with Defy, per all you guys, and I couldn't be happier. Just received my meds last night and injected this morning. Im going with 2 x .4ml Test per week, plus 2 x 400iu HCG, same days, one after the other, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Syringes:
Easy Touch insulin 1ml - 31g - 5/16 for HCG, in the belly
Easy Touch insulin 1ml - 27g - 1/2" for Test, in the quad

Absolutely painless and simple, Ill post before/after results in 4-6 weeks.

One question, since I have converted so much to E2 in the past with gels and pellets, (65+ sensitive assay) (I'm hoping not so much now with split, lower doses) would/could injecting HCG plus Test on the same day cause any more of a spike to E2, as opposed to injecting HCG on alternate days?

Thank you all in advance and Happy Holidays!

With dosing split properly and as low as yours I would not worry about a spike in E2. I doubt very much you will need any AI as these dosages.

calrify your "40mg" HCG....that's measure in IU's not MG's.

You should be fine on the E2 front with such low doses, 40mg 2X week is VERY low...It's kind of suspect as 100mg/week is the typical low threshold for startup. First couple of weeks are going to be up and down, commit to it without deviation, week in and week out. I know Defy lkes testing @ 90 days which to me is a little far out.

seems typical 400iu 2x week, from user reports Dr Saya goes all over the place with dosing, it's kind of an interesting phenomenon, of course its patient based so there's that. I've been reading 100iu daily, 250iu EOD.

Hahaha! I just had my initial consultation with Dr. Saya this morning, and he gave me the choice to either pin my HCG 150iu QD, or 300iu QOD. I haven't made up my mind yet which way I'm going to go. I'll also be pinning Test Cyp 70mg BIW, and Sermorelin 1000mcg QD, so I'm kind of leaning towards the every other day schedule, so as to not turn myself into a human pin cushion.

Palermitano- congrats! I too recently started treatment at Defy on a similar protocol- 70mg Test cyp 2x/week, plus 400IU HCG 2x/week. I inject Tuesday night and Saturday morning, both subQ, so far rotating left and right belly and love handles.

So far so good- no significant site soreness or pain. Occasional dabs of blood and once or twice I seemed to excrete a bit of the Test oil. As time goes on, I suspect my technique will improve and that will be mitigating.

I'm currently using a LuerLock syringe with 20g drawing needle, and 25g injection needle. I might try the 27g Easy touch that you use next. In another 6 weeks or so one this current supply is up, I'll order some.

Congrats and keep posting!

Palermitano, I read your post with interest as I too have had some ups and downs with TRT, starting with once weekly injections, now trying twice weekly.

Would you mind sharing with me what were the "ups and downs" you were experiencing? And why and what has been your experience with Defy? Thanks.
