I have been off TRT for 18 months and about to get some blood work done. I decided to see if i can recover naturally. That said, for the past 6 weeks i have been feeling somewhat anxious, depressed, and i have zero confidence. These are all signs of low T and i will soon find out as a result of impending blood work.
My one concern: what if my T levels are normal ( in the high 400’s- mid 500’s ) ?
What would then be the cause of these symptoms? My thyroid is fine by the way.
I hope i dont have depression because these are feelings i have felt in the past. Not fun !
