The wording is onerous. It stigmatizes legitimate users with addicts, doping, mental health issues and aggression. Just short of calling for maximum allowable serum level.

Although not currently enforced TRT users need to understand that current law can easily sweep their lives in to a nightmare of lengthy probation warrentless searches and endless arrest

It's already like that in NY. They threw testosterone and HCG in Schedule 2, right alongside oxycodone and morphine.

hCG too, Gosh! How does stamping out fertility speak to "conspiracy theories". They want to insure an adequate supply of T for NYS Troopers and NYPD. I'd be interested in the figures for arrests, successful prosecution and length of probation.
