Extreme fatigue and dizziness after ejaculation

Hi,

Been on TRT for over 2 months. Lately I've noticed problems with ejaculation. for 10-15 seconds after I feel like I've just run the marathon and my head is spinning. Never had any issues like that prior to TRT.

My lab results are normal. E2 is slightly elevated, but don't experience any symptoms, so not touching it yet. My blood work is fine, blood pressure is also excellent.

I started metformin 2 weeks after TRT and so far got only gastric side effects.

Does anyone know what might be the cause of my problem?

Have you checked your blood pressure? Are you taking the Metformin on an empty stomach? How tall and heavy are you?

Yes my average is ~125/86 after 4 days of checking. Metformin during breakfast and diner with carbs (2x500mg)
I am 1.78m and 82 kg, athletic build.

Happened to me this morning after a heavy weight training and having used 50mg Viagra, got home w my girl and thought I'd pass out, almost literally pass out, not a distressing condition or situation but not something that usually happens to me.

I am currently injured and not doing any trainings. It's been almost 6 months since I've been in the gym.

About Viagra I was taking tadalafil a few times, but not recently.

It's a possibility but all things being equal and factoring in the drug can't simply rule it out.

Vasovagal syncope probably. The sudden onset is somewhat concerning. Please see your PCP.

Lab results are not "normal", as that means nothing, if you're having a problem and want the best input post labs.
