Hello, how are you, first I wanted to congratulate you and thank you for the data and guidance on many topics I did not know. My query is, I have mild gynecomastia, caused by ostarine, or a false ostarine, the fact itself was caused by a hormonal deregulation (verified by blood test and endocrinologist) that happened a few months ago. From the beginning I used tamoxifen and now also (4 months), and in the last 2 months I used exemestane to lower estradiol that were almost 60, I used 6.25 eod for about 20 days, I did blood tests and they went down to 42, there I increased the dose 12.5 eod for about 20 days and I did analysis, low estradiol to 38, there I started doing 12.5 ed 20 days ago, I did analysis again 3 days ago and my estradiol is in 24, which seems ideal to keep there, given I still have pain and discomfort from gynecomastia. The problem now is how I continue, 12.5 Ed will continue to drop estradiol, or will it remain stable? Would it have to vary the dose or rather do eod or eo3d, to achieve it? Nelson: Are you taking testosterone or not? Be careful that you are sure that you are using the estradiol test that is not accurate and reads values greater than the real thing. Gynocomastia occurs more because of an increase in IGF-1, which may increase with Ostarine.
