Are my current levels at 100 mg every 3.5 days and .25 anastrozole 3x per week. Last time e2 sensitive was 20.1 on .25 anastrozole eod so I lowered to .25 mg 3x per week and e2 is lower now. How much more should I drop anastrozole? Both blood draws were at 8am on day of injection prior to injection so no changes there.

What day are you taking the Anastrozole in relation to your injections? Curious thing you're taking less AI and maintain the same E2.

12 hours after injections and the third dose on a Radom day so it's fri sun tues with Sunday being the Radom days and Tuesday and Friday being 12 hours post injection. It's strange because at one point my it was taking 1.25 mg per week to get it down . But now I keep reducing my anastrozole and it keeps lowering. It went to 79 the first month I started trt at 100 mg every 3.5 days. So maybe my body just is handling the trt better. My weight and bodyfat havnt changed. I weigh 168.

I think ~20 E2 is approaching low, I would eliminate the third dose and retest in 2-3 weeks.

Don't chase a number, that way leads to frustration. If you adopt Vince Carter's advice stick with it and test as he suggested (or perhaps another week to make it four weeks to reach stability - that's my bias showing).

Usually E2 is the first place we go to, chasing a number is just ballpark, i'd look to ~30 and see how you feel there. E2 is the final frontier of HRT, causes the most problems and is the hardest to nail down.

I just don't get why my estradiol keeps dropping despite lowering my anastrozole dosage.

I'm just trying to piece it together because I feel like if my e2 is 19.9 prior to my injections that earlier after my injections it's actually a touch higher so overall it seems that it shouldn't be too low to cause me sexual issues. Or is it probably not going much higher even after injections since I'm injecting every 3.5 days?

Sorry maybe how I stated that didn't make sense. I understand anastrozole half life. My point was even on anastrozole how much higher might my estradiol be peaking when my testosterone peaks considering I'm doing every 3.5 days injects. Or is it safe to say my estradiol is probably around twenty all the time? Hopefully I'm making sense.

E2 does not change levels that quickly. Guys that tank it can take weeks to return to normal levels.

I struggled with libido and election issues until I went to a daily injection. One of the positives of doing this is when you get labs, you are pretty sure that the number you are seeing is representative of where you are most of the time. I am low SHBG so that may be why I do better daily.

Having injected on a daily basis for over a year, I agree with this completely.

http://www.ergo-log.com/vitamindantioestrogen.html Vince I was reading the estradiol links you sent me and found a post from Nelson back in 2015, with the link (which is above) that might have lead me to a idea why my estradiol has continued to drop while reducing my anastrozole. I've added vitamin d at 5000 ius five days a week. Very interesting article and I've never heard this before.
