Erectile Dysfunction Problems

Hello everybody.

I am a middleaged swedish guy, that have been working out for 3+ years.
For the last 20 years i have been cycling steroids 15 weeks every summer, without any serious side effects.

All my lif i had erection problems and it is breaking me down.
The countless humiliating sexual encounters has taken its toll.

For 2-3 years i hed great sex while using Viagra/Cialis, but the effect is barely there any more.
It still helps, but not enough to make penetration possible.
I can get erections, but not keep them.

Years ago i was checked out by doctors, but the findings were inconclusive.
I get long lasting erections at night, but i can not keep an erection when i wanna have sex.
Without constant stimulation my erection start to fail instantly, even when i masturbate.
I even tried a penis ring without much effect.

After years of online research i think i suffer from Venous Leakage.
The symtoms fit, so do I.
I also suffer from varicose veins and have had hemorrhoids, something that many males with venous leakage have in common.

My bloodtests are fine, hormones too when offcycle.

My questions are:

* Do you have any advice for me?
* Will penile injections (trimix etc.) help is i have Venous Leakage?
* Have any of you overcome Venous Leakage?

Thank you in advance :)

Is there actually a link between varicose veins and ED? I have both varicose veins, and too suffer from ED at age 28. Viagra and Cialis help some, and my ED fluctuates from week to week. Trimix works for me, sometimes. It's odd I either lose my erection in 20 minutes, or it lasts 7 hours with no change in dose or injection technique.

I work on my feet all day, as does everyone else at my work. Varicose veins are pretty common from what I've seen. It makes sense that faulty vein valves could be the cause of our ED, but it makes me wonder if all the other guys I see with varicose veins have erection problems as well.

When you masturbate do you have issues? If not then it could be related to anxiety. Particularly if you’ve had lots of previous negative sexual encounters. Sometimes anxiety comes from remembering bad experiences and fearing the same.

If it could be anxiety then you could try anti-anxiety approaches / supplements.

20 minutes? Ill take it any day.

7 hours is dangerous if that is an accurate statement.

Yep, it can be, which is why I stopped using it. Test Injections gave me complete ED and I was desperate. I'm on the creams now and thankfully I can manage a 15-20 erection most days without anything but daily cialis. It's not a perfect erection, but it does the job.

If you get long-lasting erections at night, then it is quite possible your issue is psychological. Perhaps, a good therapist or somatic sexual therapist if you can find one.

Interesting, another guy that wasn't helped by injections but helped by cream. Could you elaborate a bit?

I found several articles where the claim was, that there may be a link between the problems.

Varicose veins, hemorrhoids and venous leakage all have to do with faulty "shutting valves".
Apparantly thoose physical problems often appear together.

Sadly, i also have problems when i masturbate.
Letting go of the penis for 5+ seconds and it begins to turn soft :(

I am certain that the problem is not psychological.
At least not ONLY psychological.
I can allmost always get hard, but just not stay hard.

Thank you all for taking your time to weight in on this.

Did anyone else with venous leakage try penile injections?
Is it painful?

No firsthand knowledge, but one of members at PeakT said "... the implants section over at www.franktalk.org is filled with men whose only regret about getting an implant is not getting one sooner."

I think I'd exhaust all the pharmacological possibilities first, even looking at things like PT-141.

How much cream and where do you apply it?

3 clicks of Empowers 200mg/ml so 150mg per day. 1 click to scrotum, 1 click on each upper arm.

I was applying to my ribcage area because im pretty hairy, but only got up to 430ng/dL TT. I haven't tested again since applying to my upper arms, but I've been doing it for over a month and feel better yet.
